I ordered a customized ring, engagement one, the true market value for it is $400-$500, i paid $1,200, for her effort, though!!! NO WAY!!! \r
Anyway, i miss the size for half size , so i told her and i went back there asking about it, she wanted to charge me $200 more and make me wait for a week, just for resized it.\r
She complained to me and blame me for my mistake. I was the customer, i paid $1,200, so i think i deserve some respect for me and my fiancee. I didn't need her complain, she was rude, unproffesional, b..ch, shouting and make my fiance feel horrible. She doesn't have any manners and her work is not that good. It was the worst customer service i've ever had. STAY AWAY!!!!
