We selected Michael & Sons to build our patio after interviewing several contractors. They started about a month after they said they would and the job took three times as long as promised.\r

Soon after Michael & Sons completed our patio we noticed standing water. After repeated phone calls and letters, Michael & Sons finally responded a year later. They stopped by agreed there was a problem and said they will send a crew the following week. We are still waiting. It has been year. We have wasted so much time trying to contact them over this matter. In addition to the standing water, the patio walls are shifting and splitting apart. The patio cost us almost $16,000. We are very disappointed. I have never given anyone a negative review but I really want to save others from the aggravation I have encountered by hiring Michael & Sons.
