Whereas the cleaning is okay the only reason that I have continued to return is convenience. That will all stop when I pick up my last drop off of shirts. I took a tie in to be cleaned recently and paid 4.00+ to have it cleaned. Granted these were not dark stains, but when the tie was returned to me I could feel the raised stain still on the tie! When my husband took it back in to ask for a complimentary redo he was told no. The owner said she couldn't see stain and it was not going to be cleaned again. I agree with the other reviewer on several points: prices need to be posted, communication needs to be improved, customers should not be made fun of or implications made as to how long it takes you to pick up your cleaning, and the only reason this cleaners continues to do the business it does is because of convenience. I'm tired of paying high dollar for subpar service and I will be going elsewhere. Pros: cleaning ready on time Cons: poor communication, bad pressing, unwilling to help customers more
