I took my family to the Hard Rock Cafe thinking it would be fun experience. Instead the prices were outragous and the service was horrible. Not once did the server asked if we were doing ok. We didn' t get any refills on our drinks and the food and ticket took forever. My wife said to me, ""you better give him your card when he gives you the bill because who knows when he will be back."" While waiting for the food I was going to complain but good luck finding anyone there to complain to. I left angry and frusturated. The server did not get a tip.
