The price does not warrant the customer service or workmanship. After the fence was installed, I had about 18 boards which were cracked or chewed up. It took about 6 calls before I was able to talk to someone. I mentioned to the rep how many boards I had and marked each one. Nobody called to say when they were coming. They missed about 4 boards and needed to come back. After 2 months boards started to warp and the gate was having problems closing. The latch wasn't lining up anymore. Barry Nesbit stopped by and I showed him the gate and the boards. They do not replace warped boards, but will leave the numbers of boards I need to replace myself. He didn't have his tolls and needed to come back to fix the gate. He fixed the gate, which lasted a week, and never left any boards. I left about 12 more messages asking if they were dropping off the boards and to fix the gate again. I haven't heard back after a year. Meanwhile, I fixed the gate myself two more times and still having the same issues. I would not recommend them at all. The worst service ever!!! Pros: Able to do the crappy work in a couple weeks of scheduling the job. Cons: Pricey ... Bad workmanship ... They take your money and don't care how bad of a job they do. more
