One of this companies policy holders ran a solid red light and ran into not just me but another car as well. The Police Report VERY blatantly says that he was at fault. Both my daughter and I were taken by ambulance due to sustaining injuries in the accident. I am currently suing the insurance company. I have been fighting this insurance company for more than two months now, and see no real end any time soon. I'm still in a rental that I'm having to pay for on top of several medical bills. My lawyer can't even get them on the phone.
