WORST service in my LIFE!!! Don't go with a group, whatever you do! In 1-1/2 hours I received ONE glass of water, with NO refills. When I went to the cash register area to get more, a waitress was offended and haughty at MY annoyance! I said that I was served my food and had finished it and was tired of waiting for a refill. She was argumentive said that they were doing ""the best they could"" and she was sorry, in a completely sarcastic tone, as if I was unreasonable. Then when I paid, I was given NO bill, just told the total. I wondered why it was so high and only paid an extra dollar for the tip since it was such poor service. NOW I realize the tip was included, yet the cashier didn't tell me! She let me walk away quickly without pointing that out. As I was leaving, one lady was interested, and lent an apologetic ear, but then the OWNER came out and joined in with the same EXCUSES as the first RUDE server. The owner pretty much erased the improved feelings that the nice lady had created. Don't know when or IF I'll EVER go back to Garden Cafe!!!
