I am extrememely dissappointed in the service provided by this establishment. i have a bridal shower booked at cretia's second location on Mckinney Ave. for Saturday June 7, 2008. On Tuesday May 13, 2008 they notified me their doors were closed at he Mckinney ave location. I have already sent out the invitations. I have been a customer of theirs for at least 15 years. i have called the manager twice and he has yet to return my call. You would think it would be important to Cretia's to contact me immediately after leaving me a message stating they have closed their doors and left me scrambling 3 weeks to find another location. The manger offered the duncanville location. I would never have a function there because their service is so slow and it doenst offer the same atmposphere that the MCkinney ave location did. - I think customers should know what type of establishment this is. I cant imagine any restaurants having the audacity to actually do this to someone especially someone who has been dining there and purchasing cakes from them for over 15 years! SOUNDS LIKE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME. i would not reommend utilizing them for any type of function!!!! Cleary they are not concerned about their customers!
