I had them tint the rear sides of my truck and was happy with them so went back a little over a week later to get them to do the rear slider. Well, I asked for 5% to match the rear sides. I watched them do it but didn't know what they were putting on or anything. When I got done I asked why it looked so much lighter on the inside. I was told it was the same tint it just looked lighter due to being a bigger window and the angle maybe that it was hard to tell. Well, I got curious and had another shop put a meter on it and it metered out lighter than the sides. I went back to ask them about this and they kept saying it was 5% as I had watched them put it on. They told me maybe the rear factory tint had been lighter than it was on the sides so thats why it metered lighter. They didn't seem to budge on saying it was 5%. Well, I finally got tired of it and had a shop pull it off about 2 months later and when it was off the truck they tested it in the meter and it read out to 22.5%. I called X-Rayz back to ask if I could get some money back or something since it wasn't what I had agreed to pay for. I didn't seem to get anywhere with that. I wouldn't recommend them due to this experience and how they handled it.
