I rented chairs for a graduation party on Friday. They dropped off the chairs on Thursday and were supposed to pick them up on Saturday, as my party was on Friday. However, when my guests and I arrived home, all the chairs were missing. Pinata Party Rentals had come and picked them up a day early. By the time I got the chairs redelivered, my food had gotten cold and my guests had been standing around for one and half hours. Now, this would have been easily remedied if Pinata Party Rentals had any customer service and had even attempted to compensate me for their mistake. However, they were unresponsive, uncarring, and just plain difficult to deal with. They never returned any of my calls, which ultimately led me to blocking the credit card charge. I have never experienced such poor service and it would be my recommendation to use another company, because you can't expect any additional help. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
