I own a rental house in Plano. The renter reported losing a lot of water in the pool. Called company ""A"". They ""found"" leaks in two places,a leak in the motor, and 20 feet of deck had to be replaced. Total almost $5,000. It seemed excesive to me. Called American Leak Detection, gave them the estimate/report (no prices), we agreed on $2,000 approx for the leaks. When they went to make the repairs they started with a test of their own and found only a leak in the return valve. Total repair $400 approx. Dealt with Will K and Gregory k.. mainly, but they all are honest.
