I had brought in a few items to get dry-cleaned and one of the shirts had a food stain. Well, when I went to pick up my clothes, I inspected that shirt in particular to see if the stain had come out. The same stain was still on the blouse. Well, I told this to the girl at the counter (her name is April) and I asked that it be dry-cleaned as it looked like they hadn't done anything with it yet, other than iron the darn thing. Well, she went in the back to speak to her manager (his name is Donovan) and came back to tell me that they would not do it because he had attempted to get the stain out once before and if he tried to dry-clean it a second time, it would damage the shirt. I was upset at this time since they weren't even willing to try and get the situation corrected. If I was willing to do it, why not do it for the sake of the customer? I knew there was a chance of it getting damaged. It's not like I could go back and fault them if the shirt got damaged when I had been warned and still went through with it. So I went home and washed the shirt in my washer and lo and behold the stain disappeared! Do not go to this dry cleaner! They do not dry clean your clothes and they have poor customer service.
Cons: They don't dry clean clothes; they just take your dirty clothes and iron them. Yuck!
