DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I have gone to this location twice. The first time I had made an appointment and was still left waiting 3 HOURS between my color and cut. The last time was a complete and total DISASTER! First, my color was ruined by the foils slipping in my hair so I now have bright orange lines all over my scalp. Second, my ?trim"" turned out to look as if A KINDERGARDER with dull scissors hand got their hands on my head. When I asked for a refund they said they insisted on making an attempt to fix it first, still there was nothing that could be ""fixed"" beyond the color, there are certain pieces of hair on my head no longer than an inch) and when I still insisted on getting my money back they said I had to send a request to their corporate office and wait for approval. SIMPLY AWFUL!!!!
