Just had the worst cab experience ever. Waited an hour -- dispatcher kept saying 5 minute, 10 minutes, 3 minutes. Will never call Arecibo again. If you can't trust the dispatcher, who CAN you trust?! Cons: awful cars,drivers,prices. more
