Dining at Sushi Huku was an excellent experience overall. As a avid lover of Japanese cuisine, Sushi Huku was a surprise diamond in the rough. They had some really great kitchen food as well as various beverages. What really sold Sushi Huku to me were the special rolls that they had. The various ingredients that went into make up a roll went very well together creating a unique and pleasant taste that I was never able to experience before. Tiger roll, one of the rolls served at sushi huku, truly exemplified the wonders created by being creative with your ingredients.
