I am not a regular customer in this store but I have shopped here from time to time. I have never had a problem with the prices or with the service. This store has the most beautiful holiday dresses, and the clearance items are great. A friend informed me of the return policy so I knew what to expect. I had to make an exchange once and the cashier was very pleasant. I do know that sometimes customers can come in the door with a rude attitude which can cause the staff to be rude in return. Employees should try to be courteous at all times but I'm sure it can be hard when the customers behave badly to begin with.
