Fabulous experience - can't say enough good things about Claire Dratch!

I feel compelled to write a review based on my several visits to Claire Dratch - as their customer service, dress selection, and consultative sales associates provided me and my mother with nothing short of extraordinary shopping experiences. My first visit was this past February after visiting several other bridal boutiques in the DC metro area - all of which were disappointing experiences all around. The associates in the Claire Dratch bridal department, Symphony and Inna, were incredible. Symphony was terrific - producing the dresses I wanted to try on, and then suggesting others which I had not considered; of course I went with the one Symphony selected - it was exquisite! Just this past weekend, my mother came to DC for the weekend for the express purpose of buying her mother-of-the bride dress. While we intended to return to Claire Dratch, we stopped at a few other places on the way - Saks, Saks Jandel, Nordstrom, Neimens. Once again, the selection at these high-end stores was lacking and the customer service, while good, lacked the chemistry we were looking for. As soon as we arrived at Claire Dratch, once again, we were given undivided attention, and were the beneficiaries of a consultative approach. The dresses were stunning, and with the help of Annik, my mother found the most beautiful dress to wear at my wedding. Another point I want to make - the experience was fun. We bonded with the staff and felt good about the purchases. After my several visits to Claire Dratch, I find it very hard to believe that anyone can have a less than perfect shopping experience here - but perhaps it's all in the attitude of the shopper. If you want to have a fun and memorable day finding the perfect dress for you, I highly suggest visiting Claire Dratch and asking for Symphony, Inna or Annik. Have a great time!!!! We did!!!
