First of all..Pat's tows the cars out of all my private lots. They KNOW what they are doing.
They are efficient and quick, whenever I need them. They are patrolling my lots all the time and doing a great job.
In response to other posts .. in the city of Worcester, there are bans in the city for the Winter months. Signs do not have to be posted, and once a car is on a truck - you have to pay.
I am sick of people complaining about parking problems. Go to Boston and have fun if you want a parking problem, but if you follow the rules, Pat's wont tow you.
I have used them for years now and have only had the best results.
