I had my car scratched By Bill (William) uphoffs crew. I had a clear discussion with him about the scratch. He said he would fix it. He has a bad habit of drink to much and lying. I have used his services in good faith that he would hold up to his word. He has not done this so I need to sue him. It is not fair an no one else should have to deal with this dishonesty
