The Cottage Restaurant has great food for the entire family. My wife and I really liked their semi-famous artichoke soup, made fresh in their restaurant. We also really liked their Caesar Salad -- and she's pretty choosy, as she makes her own Caesar Salad! The restaurant is family-friendly with food for everyone. Even my four picky young sons found something to eat. The Cottage serves breakfast all day, lunch, and dinner from Thursday through Saturday. Food ranges from pancakes to hamburgers to great dinner salads and more. They have a semi-private booth that holds 4-8 people. They are a half-block off Ocean Ave., convenient to central Carmel. The restaurant is usually busy, especially during the summer. so we always call for reservations. We've visited the Cottage Restaurant several times and enjoyed every meal.
