I have lived at Village On The River Apts/Riverside Ranches for almost 2 years and I cannot get out of this place fast enough. The water is cut off on a consistent basis with no warning or explanation. If you ask for an E.T.A. of when to expect water you are told whenever it "gets fixed". The office staff is arrogant and any issues you report are ignored, such as being charged at by dogs not kept on leashes, laundry facilities that don't work, weight room that has been nonexistent for over a year - I could go on and on but I would recommend living in a tent before I would rent here.
