I have been patronizing Back Country Bar-B-Q for the past 30+ years it?s been in business in the Dallas area. They are obviously doing something right to be able to say they have been open in Dallas for this long. The most amazing thing about Back Country is that it has been family owned and operated since the beginning, which means no corner cutting here. I can say without a doubt, from eating here for so long, that their bar-b-q has stayed Texas true since day one and the quality has not diminished one bit from the first time I ate here, which is pretty much unheard-of these days.
