A family member who recently died had a pre-paid service with sunset memorial so the details were all taken care of but most of us are out of town and when we called to find out the timeline and details so we could make travel arrangements no one would help us. They were short, gruff and at times plain rude.\r
I think it's completely unacceptable to treat breaved family in the way they did.\r
I hope they clean up their act. I would never reccommend Sunset Memorial Park to anyone.
