Reading the other reviews, it sounds like your experience will be determined by the sales attendant you get. I never had a professional fitting before and was a little uncomfortable with the idea. My sales attendant, Mrs. A, instantly made me feel comfortable. In fact, she made bra and swim suit shopping (two of my more dreaded activities) fun. She was patient, taking the time to explain what she was looking for in the fit. I didn?t find her pushy in the least bit.
I was so far off in my sizing that I went home and tossed all my other bras. I thought the prices were reasonable and in line with what I encounter at most department stores ($35-$65). I noticed that the sales attendent brought me items in a wide price range so I could compare and pick what fit my budget. She also helped me pick out a great swim suit to fit my body type. I will definitely be going back.
Pros: Professional fitting, non-pushy service.
Cons: I wish you could make appointments with particular sales attendents
