The Gold's Gym in South Beach is pretty much where I have gone to improve my conditioning, lose weight, gain some cuts, meet people and overall enjoy the experience of living in South Beach. This is at the foundation of what keeps me competitive and ontop of my game. Thanks to the staff and overall energy level at this club! Keep it up....
