Our group used to go every month to celebrate birthdays and at first it was exceptional, that's why we kept going back. However, over the last couple of months the service has gone downhill. Last night was the worst! We had a reservation for 15, only half of us received our food and the other half received their meal 30 minutes later. One order was wrong and the waiter argued that it was our fault because we ordered the wrong thing! Unbelievable! The waiters never did come and check on us, and there were only a couple of other tables that had people at them. Our drinks were not filled, it took 20 minutes to get a glass of wine. When we finally got through dinner we asked for our checks, after 30 minutes of waiting we requested a manager, and of course, he was off last night. So we waited, and waited, and waited. Another 15 minutes went buy, and all we got was we are working on it. After a total of almost 1 hour of waiting on our bill, we got up and left!!! One of the waiters that worked there, finally said to us we will take care of the bill and they were sorry. What a fiasco!!!!! The cooks were in the kitchen screaming at each other, highly inappropriate. Next time we are going to Mama Mias, or Finezza, certainly will NEVER go back there! If you do decide to go there, be sure you are not in a hurry to leave, it takes 3 hours!!!
