I have been seeing Pascal for about ten years and have never been disappointed. He doesn't get stuck doing the same cut over and over (unless you want that) and his cuts grow out beautifully. I am never surprised when someone asks me where I get me hair done or who I go to. Pascal also does highlights without foil which really cuts down on time. I cannot imagine anyone being upset over Pascal's work.
