Great with pet care, but terrible with customer service. Melissa was the receptionist from hell - the hands down rudest I have ever met, it's almost like she tries to turn people away with her horrible attitude and lack of respect. Mission Bend Animal Clinic get rid of that wicked hell spawn Melissa if you want to keep happy customers and increase business.
