I went in for a ""high end"" watch purchase and was blown away by the knowledge of the sales staff! Not to mention - I saved over $1000 off the price of one of the mall stores...I loved it. If you need Great Jewelry and Great Prices, I'd highly recommend this place. I found out it's an independent, locally owned store and they actually care if I'm happy, not like these chains who charge too much and expect you to take what they give you, not for me...I'll go back to Royal Jewelers for myself and my wife.
Pros: Great Service and Great Prices.
Cons: None - it's easy parking also.
