I went here with a gift certificate, to get facials prior to my wedding last year. I felt it was overpriced, with prices comparable to higher end salons and I wasn't impressed with the customer service. I went twice within 2 weeks and my asthetician clearly didn't remember me at all and forgot I was using a gift certificate when I checked out. It is a cozy atmosphere, but I was definitely left wanting more.
