Their management...2-3 people stalk and harass you! They send out many notices to everything they say is wrong..including bikes in yards..after your kid just got off the bike. Trash rules, car rules..more regulations and harassment then you would expect. They act nice at first, but wait till you get into the park. If they decide they dont like you, you will be harassed to death and threatened on eviction all the time. Even though you may own too, they dont care about you. Their office person is a pure B------- and will also stalk you. Go to another park..and live happily ever after.
Pros: Except for Charollete, she is the only person that is reasonable,trustful, and peaceful in business dealings.
Cons: They dont know how to run a mobile home park the right way. Except for the head manager, they all need to go back to school and learn some values.
