I have been to this center several times and while there I have encountered some of the worst service I've ever experienced. This company is not one that I would consider professional. The employees leave patient charts and insurance information out in the open for anyone to just come up and look at. It makes me question if any of the employees attended college at all since they don't seem to practice simple rules and regulations...There is also an odor in the air that makes me believe there may be fungus growing in the their office. For the most part the chiropractor's assistants are friendly and helpful, but Gina, the office manager that I have had to deal with in each visit is very unpleasant and down right rude. She makes the environment at the office very tense and shows little respect for her fellow employees. She doesn't seem very interested in the patients problems and lacks compassion and respect for others. My guess is that the only reason she works there is because she is the chiropractor's wife because she honestly has no business being in management. After a few visits at this office I made the decision to go to another chiropractor.
