I took my honda here and as I pulled away the front of my ashtray fell off my counsel because it was completely broken off. They had broken it and tried to put it back into place without telling me. When I brought it back the supervisor told me that I should have brought it to their attention before driving away. Mind you, I only pulled out then made a u-turn back into the car wash. I should also mention that when I made the initial complaint they feigned not to speak english, although, when I brought my car in they spoke it pretty well. The supervisor said he didn't have the authority to do anything. I tried to contact the manager via phone, personal visit and letter and received no response. All I wanted was an apology and a reason why they tried to hide it from me. Their dishonesty and poor customer service is why I rate them as not recommended.
