We have lived here for almost two years and have not had a single maintenance issue resolved. We have contacted Cardinal Enterprises several times by phone and in writing regarding problems with plumbing and insects. We have even spoken to employees face-to-face about these problems. To date, nothing has been done to address our complaints. I DO NOT recommend renting from this company. Although our condo is nice, it is overpriced (and keeps increasing!), neighborhood fees are high, and the Cardinal employees are lazy and rude. We have a friend who also rented from Cardinal and experienced the same problems.
