Flatbread CO. has a great environment, fabulous pizza, and the best brownie sundae I have ever had.
The menu is not extensive. There is one salad, (which is terrific) a handful of Pizzas (that are unique) and two dessert options (both yummy) but they have lots of great micro brews and good wine.
Though the menu is pizza don?t expect the pies to be cheap. Keep in mind that the ingredients are bought from smaller farms, often organic, and whenever possible local. Consider the higher price you pay as you doing your part to support local agriculture?one could argue that it is delicious charity ;)
Pros: Fabulous food & lots of great micro brews
Cons: Food menu is not very extensive, so good there can be a wait
