I went to this PEP BOYS and they just ripped me off. I paid a great amount of money for them to fix certain censors in my car as they said they would. As soon as I entered my car , I noticed that my service engine light was on(that problem was supposed to be fixed since I paid for it). Their response to that was that they were going to need to run a diagnostic test and charge me more from what they had previously charged me to fix that. I paid almost 600 dollars for this problem to get fixed and their response to that was"cars are complicated". I definitely do not recommend this store and they are negligent and in my opinion they are incompetent. Therefore, I would advise you not to come to this store because their service is one of the worst that I have ever experienced.
