Anyone who gives any apartment complex a 5/5 rating either, A. Lives in Trump Tower or something extravagantly similiar, B. Is a complete moron, or C. Is an employee POSING as a resident for good publicity.\r

It is not HORRIBLE. Been here for a year and a half.\r

-There is a washer and dryer in each unit.\r
-Maintenance is fairly expedient and pleasant.\r
-Utilities are included. \r

CONS:\r
-The office is PLAGUED with INCOMPETENCE and INDIFFERENCE. Most of the people working there really could give a s**t less about you or your problems.\r

-You can't choose your own TV or Internet provider. You have to pick theirs, which is some offbrand bulls**t thats overpriced, or go with DishNetwork- which is actually pretty good, but they wont let me get Comcast or DirecTV. And the only internet they let me get is SLOWSKI, im talken 1200kbs dwnload- whereas the countries avg ISP is 5200kbs. Are we in a communist apartment complex for Christs sake?\r
