I spent the weekend at the emergency clinic for my cat who eat string that got caught up in her intestines. They would not see her because I would not be able to pay for it all at once. I did not have $1500 so they basically told us to take her home and see if we can get in to our vet the next day. They also prepared us that she might not make it through the night. We had just moved to Crown Point from TN and did not have a vet. I called several vets in the area and ONLY Crown Point Animal Hospital (Dr. Bochnowski) would see her. I called hysterical and told them what was going on, and they do not take payment arrangement either (just like all the others), but Dr. Bochnowski thought with her heart and not her wallet and was not going to let an animal die because I do not have money. I can not tell you how it made me feel and I owe this women more than just a bill, I owe her my cats life! My cat is in recovery right now and expected to make a full recovery!
