My husband purchased my engagement ring from them and they didn't have the exact kind he wanted so they made it custom for us. They were so friendly and helpful so we went back to get our wedding bands and he gets me an anniversary gift from them every year. I would recommend them to everyone because they were so wonderful.
They also appraised my ring for insurance and it was not a problem at all. It came when they said it would and was very professional.
