I called bywood animal hospital because I was referred to them for a cat. I talked to an elderly woman who gave me the third degree! Wow. She asked me a bunch of questions, like did I live in Philadelphia which I don't and why do I want a cat which was for companionship and living in an apt. bldg. a cat is a good pet to have. She told me she was NOT going to give me a cat for those reasons, I was so hurt I was in tears! So I went to the SPCA and got my cat.
