I happened upon the Louisiana Bistro and it looked like just the place, but it was quiet, so after sitting down I became unsure if I'd chosen the right place. I ordered the crab stuffed trout and it was incredible. Absolutely delicious. The excellent was followed by a unique dessert - at least in my experience - creole cream cheese ice cream with a balsamic syrup. Wonderful and tangy. And the service was lovely. I couldn't have been more pleased with my dinner at Louisiana Bistro. Do visit.
