Almost got me and my roommates evicted. Have been practicing illegal activity such as renting out apartments to an illegal amount of people, without telling us it was not allowed. Fake and inconsiderate. Rent is overpriced. ANY APARTMENT THAT HAS FOUR OR MORE BEDROOMS IS CONSIDERED A BROTHEL APPARENTLY... archerbrown knew this and did not tell us. THANKS FOR NOTHING. \r

ATTENTION LADIES: if one of you rents an apartment with 3 or more friends unless related at one point you will have to move out of your lease. Archer brown will offer no accomodations other than giving you back your security deposit which you would have received anyway. They will not help you find a new place or pay for moving expenses. MY ROOMATES AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE STRESSED OUT IN OUR LIFE. please stay away from this rental agency. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
