I absolutely love Barb and her staff. I have been taking my dog Sammie there for a couple of years now and they have always done a good job on him. My dog is very afraid of his grooming appointments and can be agressive with the staff, but they never even seem to bat an eye to him. They always greet him with a smile and I feel like they love him even though he can be nasty at times! I am also a fellow pet business owner here in the city of chicago and hands down, I would trust the staff at the Grooming Gallery to take care of Sam. I actually wouldn't ever consider another place!
