Visited Vegas for our Anniversary. We checked into the Jockey Club and called the next morning to see if we can change rooms because of the Construction Noise. Very dissappointed at the response from the Hospitality service, the lady recommended we use 'Earplugs'. The noise was 24/7 and LOUD. We did not enjoy our stay and have even left our exchange service for booking us in a place in which we didnt enjoy or couldnt even find us somewhere else to stay. There was no indication that the noise was on that level and we were disappointed at the fact that they were quick to book our stay but didnt indicate the amount of construction.
