I've been going to this cleaner for a while now and although they are great at taking out stains from my button-up shirts and sweaters, they are terrible at negotiating when to pick up your clothes. Turn your clothes in on Monday and expect the Asian lady at the counter to tell you to come by on Saturday to pick up your two to three shirts. I took some chinos to get them altered, went to pick them up on Saturday, and was told to come back on Monday. When I picked them up they had performed shoddy alteration work on both pairs. Terrible!
Pros: Satisfactory at taking out stains, cheap.
Cons: Slow turn around, terrible alterations.
