I found Ellie Thompson & Co in a round-about way when I was looking for someone to repair sterling pieces (mostly earrings) near and dear to my heart. She did a fantastic job, and when it came time for my fiance and me to design a ring for the diamond he gave me - our first stop was Ellie's. I knew the overall look I wanted; Ellie and my fiance took over from there - I must modestly say that I have the most beautiful engagement ring in the world. And wedding ring. And two subsequent pair of earrings! In addition, she's helped me retrofit more sterling. Ellie educates while she designs - I know the provenance of my stones.
