Circumstances forced me to take my car to Needham Collision at Needham, MA after an accident. Gino, owner, was very nice(pretended to be nice - in hindsight) and promised that all problems will be taken care off and the car will be restored to it's original state.
Pros: None.....other than being close to where i stay
Cons: Everything, waiting room is full of cigarette smoke
