I had been going here for two years but lately the place as become disorganized and unfriendly. After making an appointment I showed up on time and the stylist told me that another client had come in and would I mind waiting for half an hour. I wasn't happy but decided it was better to wait than to make a new appointment there or anywhere else. I went on an errand and showed up again 30 mintues later. At which time they washed my hair and sat me in a chair for 15 mintues. While I waited the stylist told me ""your hair doesn't look that long."" Since it was clear they dind't want my buisness I left. Only after I had my jacket on and was heading to the door did I get an apology and at no time did they acknowledge that they had wasted my time. On the previous appointment there I was again bumped from the sytlist with whom I had made the appointment, and someone else was recruited to do the cut. This person was either inexperienced or perhaps untrained since the scissors shook in her hand as she made the cut. I recommend you find a place that takes their customers seriously.
