This place is staffed by imbeciles. I called ahead to see if they could clean a bag with cloth and leather. They said yes, I dropped it off that day. A week and a half later, I went to pick it up. They said they would have to send it out to a leather service -- it would cost more money -- and they didn't know how much or how long it would take. Hmmmm...... ever think of picking up the phone to call me to tell me this? Or picking up the phone to ask the leather service how much it's going to cost? Of course not. And by this time, the stain has been setting in the bag for a week and a half. Thanks a lot Squires. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
