barri lee cleaners on cedar road ruined my slip cover and then tried to tell me it was not really ""ruined"" by their standards. they would not replace it and offered credits to their dry cleaner - a dry cleaner i would NEVER use. the owner is not a reasonable person and agreed that the cleaning solution he used could have stained the slip cover material but he wouldn't make the situation good.
Cons: horrible cleaning, ruined item, bad customer service, difficult owner
